The reason I know these tips is because I’ve had my heart stomped on a time or two. I tried all kinds of methods to get my ex back and know what works. Here are 3 great tips to get you started.
The first thing you will have to do may be a little difficult. You will need to clear your mind of all the anger and emotion you have built up. It’s ok to have some hurt feelings, but you must go into the next step with a completely open mind.
Go buy yourself something nice, go watch a movie or what ever you want to do to get out of the house! What ever it is going to take to clear your head, you have to do before you can take the next step.
After you have your mind cleared, you need to sit down and decide all the things that went wrong. Do not sit there and say that you were the perfect mate, because it takes two to make and break a relationship.
You need to figure out all the things that you could have done better, mistakes you have made, and fights you have started over petty things. Do you even know what caused the breakup?
Once you have taken some time to really think what went wrong, you need to give your ex some space. Remember they have the same emotions you do. The last thing they want is for you to constantly call or text them. Cut off all contact for about two weeks.
After the two weeks, you can now contact your ex again. Give them a call and let them know you would like to talk about a few things. Make sure that you tell them that this is not a date, but just a meeting. If you know what to do at this meeting, you will have your ex back by the end of the night.
